This ESD protection array integrates eight diodes in small, leadless LLP1713 package. And with an extremely low profile of 0.55mm, the VESD05A8A-HNH is designed to provide ESD protection while saving board space in portable electronics for mobile computing, mobile communication, consumer, industrial, automotive, and medical applications. The ESD diode array features a low typical capacitance of 30pF and a low maximum leakage current of <1 μA at 5V.
