Impetus Technologies appoints Rajeeva Gupta as the V.P. (Engineering)

Impetus Technologies has appointed Rajeeva Gupta as the new V.P.-Engineering. Rajeeva has a vast experience of over 20 years in the field of software development both in India as well as overseas. At Impetus, as V.P. of Engineering, Rajeeva would be responsible for managing high quality product deliveries within all OPD engagements and engineering growth by continuously enhancing delivery capabilities. He joins the Impetus’ strong and broad based management team at the company’s Noida facility.
Rajeeva has a splendid career graph, and an equally shinning educational background. He holds a B.E. (Hons.) degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani and a M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York. Over the years, Rajeeva has amassed a very rich experience with some very well known and reputed IT organizations across the globe. His last assignment was as Executive Director – R&D for a Software Development firm based in India.
Rajeeva has been playing a pivotal role in the development and roll out of multiple products to international markets. His expertise covers product development, project management, quality management, and systems engineering. With such immense experience, expertise and educational background Rajeeva’s coming aboard certainly adds to the visionary, strategic and leadership aspect in the Engineering domain of Impetus.This appointment underlines Impetus' commitment to its rapidly expanding client base and also will help in identifying the best practices existing with different teams and their adoption by others based on suitability to various engagements.
