Ethernet Direct Announces SNMP OPC Server Compatible with Industrial Managed Switches

Ethernet Direct Corporation has announced new SNMP OPC Server software compatible with Ethernet Direct series of Industrial Ethernet Switches.
The SNMP OPC server software supports diagnosis and parameterization of any SNMP devices. This allows information to be integrated into OPC compatible systems such as the HMI system. Therefore, combined process and network diagnostics is made possible in the system.

To address to this growing requirements in the OPC market, Ethernet Direct offers SNMP OPC Server 320 starting from this July. SNMP OPC Server 320 was developed based on the standards made by the OPC Foundation. SNMP OPC Server 320 supports SNMPV1/V2C/V3 and LLDP. Through SNMP OPC Server 320, users can integrate the Industrial Managed Switches from Ethernet Direct to a SCADA/HMI system.
