Low Input Voltage Dual LDOs for High Efficiency Apps

(Product News, 21 Aug 2008 )

The MIC5313/4/5/6 is a family of low input voltage capable, low dropout regulators. It integrates two LDOs capable of operating from an input voltage as low as 1.7V, while consuming only 37uA total quiescent current. The combination of low quiescent, low input voltage capability and low quiescent current allow the family to be used in demanding applications that need to be powered up at all times. Available in fixed output voltages.
