Motorola Completes Acquisition of AirDefense

Motorola has completed its acquisition of AirDefense, Inc., a leading wireless LAN (WLAN) security provider.

As previously announced on July 28, 2008, Motorola signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held AirDefense, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola integrated into Motorola’s Enterprise Mobility business.
