In collaboration with Cadence Design Systems, Innofidei Technology Co. Ltd achieved silicon success for a 65nm low-power mixed-signal system-on-chip (SoC) implementation and has developed China’s first TDD-LTE base-band chip. The 65nm low-power SoCs successfully passed the test of China Mobile Communications Corp., and are now integrated in mobile terminal systems currently being used at the Shanghai Expo 2010 show. Last April, Innofidei, in association with ZTE and Hong Kong Applied Science Research Institute, successfully conducted a multi-terminal access on TD-LTE system.
Established in September 2006 in Beijing, Innofidei also has a branch in the Silicon Valley and in Taipei. The company focuses on providing IC and system solutions for the mobile TV broadcast market. Its team, previously with leading IC companies such as Broadcom, LSI, ATI, Philips, and Qualcomm, brings international chip experience to the domestic China market.
