Schmitt Trigger Operates to 225°C

Cissoid’s Quad 2-Input NAND Schmitt trigger is guaranteed for operation in temperatures ranging from -55°C up to 225°C. The CHT-74132 complements the Cissoid Galaxy family of logic components for electronics systems requiring reliable operation at high temperature. The CHT-74132 can work between 3.3V and 5V input over the complete temperature range with CMOS compatible levels for both input and output. At 225°C, it offers a typical hysteresis of 1V or 0.7V, respectively, for power supplies of 5V and 3.3V.

The product is pin-to-pin compatible with standard 74 logic components. The CHT-74132 is available in Ceramic CDIL14 and CSOIC16 packages. A lower temperature version is available in plastic package PSOIC16 and will sustain up to 175°C.
