Spectrum Control Completes Summit Instruments Acquisition

Spectrum Control Inc., a leader in the design, development and manufacture of high-performance custom electronic solutions for the defense, aerospace, communications, and medical industries worldwide, has acquired all of the outstanding common stock of Summit Instruments Inc.
