STMicroelectronics Launches New Website

(Business News, 15 Nov 2010 )

STMicroelectronics has announced the launching of its new and improved website, www.st.com. Driven by an easy-to-use visual navigation system, the new ST.com uses an all-dynamic, modular infrastructure that builds pages from the latest content elements, such as text, photos, video, and templates as the pages are requested.

In addition to the public site, ST is also launching private B2B extranets that are dedicated to serving its customers' engineers and purchasing professionals. All of the sites include forums, tools and information suited to deliver useful and valuable information to make the right sourcing decisions for their applications.

"Based on user studies, customer feedback, and our past experience, we've integrated ST's product information with the latest in web tools and technologies to produce the new ST.com," said Serban Coss, Vice President, Online Marketing. "We are launching the site now and we anticipate continuing to enrich its content and delivering increased functionality and features. Our objective is to ensure that customers and other visitors to ST.com enjoy a fast, pleasant experience and get the information they need to make the right decisions for their products."
