Syntellect teams up with Prodapt

Syntellect Inc., provider of customer interaction management solutions, announced a reseller partnership with Prodapt Solutions. Prodapt is part of the Jhaver Group of Companies with 4,500 employees across 40 locations. Headquartered in Chennai, India, Prodapt has offices in India, Europe and California.

Prodapt is focused on distributing Syntellect’s apropos contact center solution and the Syntellect Voice Platform (rich self-service IVR) throughout India. Prodapt is a full-service partner and will provide system installation, configuration, training and support.
