Srini Rajam
Chairman and CEO
Ittiam Systems
Srini brings with him 17 years of industry experience in ASIC and DSP R&D, Semiconductor Technical Marketing and General Management. Srini Rajam co-founded Ittiam Systems in 2001, along with a team of senior leaders from the semiconductor industry.
Prior to Ittiam, Srini was the Managing Director of Texas Instruments (TI) India from
1995-2000, and led TI India to be among the most valuable R&D centers for TI. Srini was the Technical Marketing Director for TI Asia region from 1992-94. He was a member of the TI Asia Leadership Team and Chairman of TI Asia Technical Council.
Srini has served as a member of the Governing Council of India’s Department of Electronics' Software Technology Parks, as the Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce, Karnataka Branch and as a member of the Karnataka State IT Task Force.
Srini holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science,
Bangalore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai University.

Sandip Kumar Chattopadhyay
Senior Applications Manager

Microchip
As the Senior Applications Manager at the Microchip India Design Centre, Sandip Kumar Chattopadhyay has been instrumental in creating and leading the Applications groups in India
With over 20 years of experience in embedded systems development and product management, Chattopadhyay leads the Applications Engineering groups and the Development Systems group. He also focuses on creating and supporting embedded control solutions for Microchip's popular PIC ® Microcontrollers and dsPIC ® Digital Signal Controllers.
Prior to joining Microchip in October 2000, Chattopadhyay worked in the areas of digital, analog circuit design and signal processing in various private and public sector companies.
Chattopadhyay holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Calcutta University.

P.J. Anantha Krishnan
IBM Rational Software
P.J. Anantha Krishnan has over 25 years experience in the IT field. Starting with electronics hardware for data acquisition and processing, he has been involved in the design and development of a variety of software intensive systems. P.J. has prior experience with real-time data processing as well as control systems, business systems including ERP and CAD/CAM systems. He has also served as a senior manager in a software export organization, managing both software services teams, as well as infrastructure and quality systems.
Since joining Rational Software in 1998 (part of IBM since March 2003), P.J. has held various positions including Tech Lead and Technical Solutions Manager for Government and Defence customers, where he was engaged in creating automation solutions and implementing best practices. He is currently focusing on solutions for the Real Time and Embedded Systems space.

Praful Joshi
Field Engineering Manager
Wind River
Praful Joshi has 16 years of experience in embedded product development, product management, embedded software, sales and field engineering.
Presently, Praful works as a Field Engineering Manager for Wind River India. He has held various positions in Wind River over the last 10 years, including roles as Technical Consultant and Technical Account Manager within the Asia Pacific region.
Praful also has 6 years experience in the design and development of SCADA systems and special projects to address SPC and Quality Assurance needs of the automotive part manufacturing industry.
Praful holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune, India.

Kirtimaya Varma is the Editor-in-Chief of Reed Business Information Asia’s Electronic Group. Leading a team of 9 editors and 11 correspondents, Kirtimaya is responsible for the 11 titles that the Electronics Group publishes. Kirtimaya has been involved in technical writing and journalism for almost 20 years. His articles have appeared in over 50 publications worldwide, and he has written two books.
Kirtimaya is a trained engineer with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has worked for telecommunications giants like Cable & Wireless and Faat, handling the operations and maintenance of telecommunications satellite earth stations.
Kirtimaya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and telecom engineering from the University of Pune.
