Poornima Shenoy is the founding President of ISA. Prior to joining ISA, she was with the Manipal Education & Medical Group as Vice President, Strategy and Development. She has twenty years of experience as an Entrepreneur and Marketing professional.

Prior to joining the Manipal Group, Poornima was the Regional Director of NASSCOM, the software services industry body. Earlier, Poornima co-founded Nexus Consulting, which went on to become India’s leading executive search firm for the technology sector. Nexus was acquired by the venture fund e4e in 2000.

Poornima has been awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship for Women in Leadership & Management 2003, by the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office. She is also co-founder of the group Women in Business & Technology (WBT).

Poornima is an Economics graduate from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore and holds an MBA fromTAPMI, Manipal.

Sanchit has a Bachelors Degree on Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur; one of India’s most prestigious engineering institute.

Mir has a first class Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communications from S.J. College of Engineering. He has a total of 12 years of industry experience, with over 10 years experience in the Embedded domain. Mir was previously the Manager, Field Engineering at Windriver Systems Inc. managing all field engineering implementations for Windriver customer's embedded applications in vxWorks and Linux. Currently, he is the Practice Manager- Modelling Presales, at Telelogic and responsible for all MDD products in the embedded domain, including Rhapsody.

Narayan Shenoy is General Manager at Telecom and Product Engineering (TPE) Solutions Business Unit at Wipro Technologies. He has been managing the consumer electronics business of TPE for the last three years and has been associated with it in various capacities since its inception in 2000.

Shenoy has also been driving the CE IP initiative in digital broadcast segments that enables customers to build Digital TV, STB and car infotainment designs with time to market advantage. The team focuses on IP in middleware segments such as DVB-T, ATSC and ISDB-T catering to middleware needs of TVs around the globe.

Shenoy has B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Mysore University in year 1990.
