New 8Mx32 DDR2 SDRAMs for Automotive, Networking, Telecom and Digital Consumer Applications 2/9/2008

Integrated Silicon Solution has introduced their first DDR2 (double data rate) SDRAMs, the IS43DR32800A, and the IS43DR32801A, 256Mb devices.
